La FEPPRA est dirigée par un Conseil d’Administration de 13 membres, élus par les adhérents. Ce dernier nomme, parmi le CA, 6 personnes composant le bureau. Dans un souci d’ouverture de la structure, ces deux organes exécutifs sont renouvelés chaque année.
